Our menu

I am Luca and since 2017 have had the good fortune to run the kitchen of Agriturismo La Pila. Here the vegetables picked every day from our garden are transformed and presented to you in different dishes that merge tradition with imagination. The same applies to our meat, selected and prepared with great care. Deeply rooted in the teachings of the past, we bring out the best in many innovative recipes that still remind us of home cooking.

Luca

Starters

  • Assortment of home-made cured meats and cheeses from Fattoria Curto, served with chutney and pickled vegetables.

  • Savoury radicchio pie, Morlacco cheese fondue with radicchio and cheese fondue.

  • Our homemade steak tartare with pickled Treviso radicchio, toasted hazelnut, parsley foam and corn breadsticks.

  • Cooked salami with balsamic vinegar and polenta.

  • Our crispy muset (local boiled sausage) with cornmeal breading, potato foam and horseradish sauce.

First course

  • Potato gnocchi with beef ragu and Grana Padano cheese flakes.

  • Savoury crepes filled with radicchio and cheese fondue.

  • Tagliatelle with green broccoli, Wiener sausage and toasted almond.

  • Cornmeal gnocchi, Savoy cabbage, Morlacco cheese and walnuts.

Second Course

  • Spiedo (mixed meat skewer: chicken, pork rib and pork meat) with polenta

    (available Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon).
  • Mixed grilled meats (Pork rib, pork sausage, chicken wing) with polenta

    (Available for dinner: Friday and Sunday - for lunch: Saturday)
  • Chicken stew with polenta.

  • Sliced beef steak

  • Costata steak

  • Meatballs with sauce and polenta

Sweet wine

Beer

  • PERALBA

    Pilsner-type beer, light bodied, featuring a nice herbaceous aftertaste and pleasantly bitter end taste. Fine persistent froth.
    Alcohol 5% vol – 0.5 litres
  • ISOLAROSSA

    Amber Ale type red beer, deep red colour with fine, persistent froth. Distinguished by hints of caramel and a pleasant bitter aftertaste.
    Alcohol 6.5% vol – 0.5 litres
  • ‘La Piave’ craft beer
